Resposible also for PM( Plant Maintenance )Module ,Maintaining of important master data workcenters,Functional locations,Equipment,Catalogues for critical machines,Measuring points & counters,General Task list,Maintenace plan scheduling etc.Core maintenance processes such as handling of maintenance notifications for breakdown,regular & preventive with relevant maintenance orders release,execution of maintenance work as per order,confirmations & closure of orders for cost settlement.Important mantenance reports MTTR & MTBF,order analysis,Usage of maintenance spares in PM orders etc.Creation & Maintaining of material master records related to maintenance spares & all assets.

Implementation of MRP based Planning ,Suppliers scheduling,responsible for QM module activites also Such as QM in Production / Procurement / Sales,Quality info records for integration between QM & procurement,Quality Planning,Inspection Plans,Master Inspection Characteristics,Inspection Lot clearance,Quality Certificates,Quality Notification,Sales return & rejection salvation management,Supplier rating system in terms of quality & delivery

o Responsible for implementation & Support of PP module in Lumax Indusries ltd & its group companies.o Starting from the As Is Process,Blue Print finalization,Base Line Testing,Integrated Testing,and Master Data finalization/uploading for each plant.o Training to related employees and End users(PP) across all the plants( north, west & south ) regarding PP module in SAP system.o Trouble shooting in PP module and post go live support to all plants.o Responsible for creating,integrating and maintaining master data related to PP module i.e.(BOM,WORKCENTERS,ROUTINGS & MATERIAL MASTER).o Also involved in MM & QM module’s day to day trouble shooting and support to end users.o Responsible for financial audit requirements of the internal as well as external audit requirements.

Selected as Sr core team member for implementation of SAP especially for Production & planning module for full time of 6 months,Involved in as is process mapping,training,integration testing with real time scenarios,Mapping of process in blue print finalization,Master data preparation for all plants & Training for all users across the plants in Northern as well as western region India.Successful Go Live of SAP on April 1st 2007.

o Preparation of production plan based on past performance of customers, customer requirements such as DI’s,firm schedules & customer vehicle production plan on fortnightly basis.o Release of production plan based on line capacity of each product to concerned departments.o Planning of material required for production based on BOM & prodution targets & material consumption.o Follow-up with materials department for timely delivery of Bop required to meet production targets.o To keep daily tack of materials inventory required for smooth flow of assy line.
