I am a social entrepreneur. Originally, I am from Birgunj, Madhesh Province of Nepal. Since 2004, I am working in Technical Education and Vocational Training (TEVT) sector. As far as my professional background is concerned, I am leading a training and service providing company (Private Sector) as an Executive Director. Fortunately, I am the founder of the company. The company provides vocational training, entrepreneurship development training, certification and placement services to youths. As a consultant, the company has worked with several development agencies and projects funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Fund for Agriculture Development, Helvetas Nepal and Government of Nepal. My expertise is working in result-based financing model, working with employers’ associations, industries and youths’ entrepreneurs. On the other hand, In 2008-2009, I served Rotaract Club of Birgunj as a President. Further, in 2021-2022, I contributed for Nepal Youth Entrepreneurs form, Birgunj Chapter as a 1st Vice President. Similarly, I am one of the members in Start-Up and Innovation Committee under FNCCI. Additionally, I have gained experience in managing decent jobs, retail business, marketing and branding of products. I enjoy supporting start-ups and potential entrepreneurs. I advocate for Private Sector.
