Having worked with group company Star Union Dai-ichi at India, was given the responsibility of building a team that combines the best of local Myanmar talent and Japanese expertise. -
Co-FounderFranchise Start-Up (Fnb & Welness Domain) Aug 2015 - Oct 2019Odisha, IndiaInvested in and co-Managed the holding company Saransh Services, that owned and operated (Franchisee Owned Franchisee Operated - FOFO) businesses in Welness & FnB to cater to untapped markets in Tier-III cities in the state of Odisha - India. Tied up with National Brands as Lakme Salon (a Hindustan Unilever company) and Moti Mahal Delux (a 100 year old FnB chain) to own and operate their outlets at select cities of Odisha-India. While the FnB business required continued investments to grow, the Welness business was profitable from year 2. Hence after 4 straight successful years in operation, cashed out my stake in the FnB business and divested my stake (within the family) of the Welness business.
