CurrentTalent Acquisition• Handling complete life cycle of recruitment from opening requisition to getting the person on board.• Understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories for the Business units.• Responsible for Datamatics's Leadership / Executive hiring in India, UK & North America• Currently hiring CxO, senior and mid-management leaders (AGM and above).• Prioritization of requirements and strategy layout to be adopted. • Preparation of a defined action plan with timelines.• Source, screen and shortlist profiles through internal and external vendors. • Build an active real time database -create, update and maintain it through sourcing and networking.• Managing multiple stakeholders within the organizationEmployee Relations:• Responsible for driving and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication, grievance handling, counselling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels.• Facilitate the creating of a world-class working environment that will attract and retain the, highest caliber of people• Drive and execute HR strategies to support and achieve employee relation activities• Responsible for employee communication & grievances management• Conduct Employee satisfactions surveys and ensure that it is at expected levels• Facilitate and maintain high morale and teamwork through multiple initiatives resulting in high employee satisfaction.• Conduct Employee Skips and report out and drive actions to closure• Oversee Employee related documentation and filing of disciplinary cases• Connect with New Hires and drive retention through 30-60-90 days plans• Managing and driving all the fun activities and employee engagement events across the organization• Ensure regular communication happens from top management in the form of Town Halls andMeetings• Employee Communications and Induction of new employees
