SQ man hours budget preparation and spent analysis. Conducting technical audit at vendor works during fabrication stages. Prepare project specific Supplier Quality procedures, Quality Surveillance plans and project specific requirement procedures. Review and distribute supplier quality surveillance report and NCR status to client as per project requirement. Facilitate communication among project personnel across disciplines and providing in resolution of technical queries and quality issues arising from supplier and TPIA. Expedite the vendor for submission of agreed documents on time.monitoring equipment status during manufacturing stage and Expedite vendor to deliver equipment/item as per project schedule. Follow licensor requirements like UOP, Exon mobile, Axens, Exon Mobile, Aker etc. During review of inspection and test plans and other quality documents. Inspection and testing witness for critical inspection stage of equipment and expedite and keep trackingof fabrication status of equipment as per project schedule. Review of Inspection reports and Inspection release note issued by TPIA for supplier quality clearance. Static Items: Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Column & its Internals, Underground FRP Storage Tanks for Retail Outlets. Rotary: Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Agitators, Blowers compressors Piping and instrument items as per project requirement
