Versatile supplier quality manager engage in Quality Assurance, Project Management, inspection and expediting activities of Static and Rotary equipment of Refinery and Petrochemical plants and delivering of equipment as per project schedule by proper coordination among Peer Departments, Manufacturer and Third Part Inspection Agencies.My Mission is to work with fortune company and ensure delivery of quality products by ensuring customer satisfaction.I am having total 20 years of experience in the field of Supplier quality, inspection and Expediting, quantity survey in Refinery, Petrochemical, Steel and Power Plants. Currently working with Reliance Engineering Group as a Supplier Quality Manager. Previously worked with Essar Engineering, Bureau Veritas.I have experience in inspection activities of pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pumps, FRP vessels, Compressor and Blowers, Piping and structural items, Review and approve of vendor prints like Inspection and Test Plans, WPS/PQR, Heat treatment procedures, Non destructive procedures etc.Inspection and Expediting vendor to deliver item on time.Through Knowledge of Design Codes and Material standards like ASME sec VIII Div-1, ASME sec. V, ASME SEc IX, ASME Sec-II part A,B,C, API 610, ASME B 31.1 and 31.3, UL 1316.I am having ASNT Level II certification of non destructive testing like Radiographic testing, Dye Penetrant testing, Magnetic Particle testing, and Ultra sonic testing. Also attended seminar for CSWO 3.1 and attended training API 510.
