Installation, configuration of Laptops & Desktops with different operating systems (Windows 10 & 11) & manual updating of windows patches. Installation & Updating of Virus scanner & Critical Patches for application software's. Getting ready laptop for new Joiner with company standard OS and applications.  Creating & managing users, groups, Email ID’s & computers in Windows 2022 Server Active Directory Troubleshooting Internet issues. Configuring and administration of DHCP, DNS, ADS. Troubleshooting and maintenance of all LAN/WAN network printers and Workstation network connectivity issues. Maintaining and tracking inventory for IT assets/AMC's/License etc.Roles and Responsibilities: Handling User Access Management and Asset Management. Coordinated IT operations activities to deliver smooth flow of daily business needs. Coordinate/follow-up with vendors for prices and product updates. Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions. Troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc. and facilitate in trouble shooting of server or network related issues in coordination of core team / principle vendors. Resolving the network related queries of customer with the help of Specific vendor. Network troubleshooting. Diagnosing system/network related problem accurately & getting it resolved. Fortnightly review meetings with Process head to analyze their problems.• Creating users, computer and OU in Active Directory.• Configure and Deploying Active Directory.• Configure the DHCP & DNS server.• Group Policy Management console.• Daily, Weekly server’s performance report.• Taking server’s backup as per Backup policy.• Symantec antivirus installation and manager configure.• And check the whole server alter on time.
