• Handle one of the largest clients of Tarantula. Successfully drove the project through initial requirements gathering, scope sign off, UAT sign off and live deployment at client location.• Clearly define the business flows in the client organization, map them to Tarantula product features and perform gap analysis.• Monitor the delivery of the product, check the integration environment at the client end, and review any functional problems at the client site.• Liaise between client and the delivery team throughout the delivery phase. • Conducted a project on "Credit Appraisal and Rural Banking"• In depth analysis of the credit appraisal methods for rural credit schemes• Conducted secondary research, which included analysis of files of the borrowers of KCC credit scheme• Identified the problem with NPA (Non-performing assets) and adopted various methods to find the cause.- Recommended measures like forming farmers club to track the borrowers activity and facilitate them with repayment schedule and methods- Strengthened the follow up measures in order to improve customer engagement
