 Provide assistance to project and construction management in implementing and complying with project safety requirements and in addressing safety/health issues as they arise during project execution. Ensure that the project construction team and management are aware and aligned with the required safety standards. Implementing HSE plans in compliance with the Aramco HSE plans, procedures and standards. Implementing the ARAMCO Loss Prevention Programs in company site projects. Coordinating with Saudi Aramco for all safety requirements and facilitates compliance. Maintaining and updating the company audit reports, recommends corrective actions and measures for continual improvement. Ensure that all activities carried out onsite have suitable PTW and that they are properly risk assessed before commencing the work and adequately documented. Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced.  Developing and implementing and updating the company safety training program for all employees. Conducting the internal company safety meeting and attending the aramco frequent HSE meetings.  Preparing and submits weekly and monthly safety reports to management and Saudi Aramco. Keep track of all international and local HSE legislations that apply to company projects to ensure compliances. Participating in ARAMCO safety-related events, conferences, meetings and represent the Company in these activities

• Ensuring those HSE requirements are according to drilling standards is maintained and continually seeks ways to improve safety standards.• Ensure the safe operation of crane.• Make sure that all procedures of Safety System of Work (SSoW) as: Permit To Work (PTW), Task Risk Assessments (TRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lifting plans and Toolbox talks are implemented properly.• Implement full safety requirements during all drilling operations.• Conduct all types of Safety Trainings and live fire practices.• Inspections of all Safety Equipment’s. (Weekly/biweekly and monthly checklists)• Maintaining the relevant safety records of safety equipment’s• Evaluations of Risk assessment and job safety analysis.• Implementation of T-Card system and STOP Card system.• Strong working knowledge of HSE practices during confined space entry, working at height, hot jobs, Excavation, leaky crude / gas line repairing and crane jobs.• Conduct H2S drills &trainings.• Provide technical expertise on safety related matters and also provides all safety protection.• Ensuring that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE manual.• Planning and implementing safety and health programs and promotional activities that will improve safety and health awareness.• Briefing and instructing the employees on the safety and health procedures and instructions that they are required to comply with
