• Working on PLCM (Production Line Control and Manufacturing) which serves as the manufacturing backbone of the Nokia's business and accounts to majority of its profits.• Responsible for managing data, cleaning and maintaining data quality of Production data using MS SQL Server.• Being a member of the SOL (solutions) team, it's our responsibility to keep up the manufacturing plants located globally in APAC, EMEA, CHINA running efficiently in order to keep it upgraded and in line with the business needs.• Incident management and service activation for new employees/members of NSN (Nokia Solutions & Networks).• Handling service tickets from various Nokia stakeholders and taking action accordingly.• Generating weekly and monthly reports showing the efficiency of service provided by Support team and tickets handling in compliance with the agreed SLA (service level agreement) using Excel (Dashboard Designing) & VBA Macros.• Server Maintenance – Weekly maintenance testing of production, development and test Nokia servers and applications.• Working independently on multiple projects and prioritizing according to the business needs.• Working closely with the Testing team in ensuring robust and high-quality product.
