My strength is in trouble shooting. A good workweek for me, means solving a machine or process problem, finding the root cause, explain to the stakeholders what when wrong and how we can prevent it from happening again. This means having knowledge about mechanics, electronics, vision technics and the connection between those fields of interest.I started my career making technical drawings for metal constructions.After one year, I changed my work to gain more experience in installation technics. I spend almost 10 very exciting years in maintenance and installation of packaging machines and leather tanning machines. The machines were located mostly in Germany and Asian countries such as Thailand an China. This usually meant working with different cultures and using a lot of improvising to get the job done. Installing, testing and programming of the equipment could take from 2 days up to 4 weeks of work.After this period of learning and exploring I settled down at an automotive company. Bosch Transmission Technology. After 3 years of doing maintenance on the assembly machines I started learning Vision technics and making the maintenance plans for the assembly machines. I also helped with the installation of the first assembly lines in Vietnam and Mexico. Training of the local Engineers and Mechanics brought my teaching skills to a higher level.To get a bachelors degree, I started a study, Industrial Engineering and Management in 2017.
