I am a Senior Finance Professional and award-winning Lawyer with an exceptional track record of working at the forefront of the legal and finance professions. I played a pivotal role, as a member of the Management Board and as General Counsel, in formulating the strategy that led to the creation of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM). I established the ESM legal framework and drafted and negotiated the documentation and guidelines that underpinned the organization’s operations. I am a versatile senior executive with the proven ability to lead, develop and shape vision within large multifaceted organizations combined with the expertise to develop and articulate clear strategic options and to consistently achieve measurable results and the best possible outcomes.
