Service Designer
CurrentAs a Service Designer at Montu, the mission is to seamlessly integrate our ecosystem, enhancing service delivery with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, UX teams, data scientists, engineers, and delivery personnel, the goal is to develop services that are deeply centered around patient needs. This holistic approach ensures that every facet of our service delivery is aligned, promoting visibility and cohesion while driving towards a future state where every service is crafted with the patient at its heart. Responsibilities include:User Research: Conduct research to find insights for design guidance. Collaborate with UX/UI and data teams to enhance our insights hub.Artefact Crafting & Maintenance: Oversee tech-service projects from start to finish, aligning with user needs and goals. Maintain documents like personas, service blueprints, and system maps for clear system understanding.Facilitation: Run co-design workshops to ensure teamwork in service design. Create compliant, user-satisfying service flows.Opportunity Evaluation: Identify and test new service improvements. Bridge gaps between value streams for a better user experience.Advocacy and Communication: Promote Human-Centred Design and clearly communicate decisions to stakeholders to maintain a user-first approach.The role is about making services more empathetic and efficient for our patients.
