I currently direct all customer support activities for Animated Images, Inc., now Freeborders, as well as technical support for the sales department, and onsite implementation. Additionally I; Designed the database structure as currently used in our Client/Server application. Installed, configured, maintain 7 in-house database servers Oracle, Sybase, Informix, DB2/2 running under Solaris, OS/2, Novell, and Windows NT operating systems. Develop SQL queries for DB2/2, Informix, Oracle, and Sybase. database systems to be used by our customers.

Wrote a router program that connected the remote court offices to the main court. Consulted and designed similar system at the US District Court Of Maine, US Bankruptcy Court of Southern Iowa, US Bankruptcy Court of Eastern Virginia, US Bankruptcy Court of Mass.
