• Test and adjusts control panels to ensure conformance to product specifications and tolerances.• Conduct live tests on assemblies and records and analyzes test result.• Identifies electrical design errors, assembly errors and defective components, recommends solutions and return faulty assemblies to production for repairs. • Records inspection results and completes necessary documentation, tagging and labeling.• Checks for, and follows up on parts shortages.• Works as a team member on the assembly line, wiring sensors and controls, installing control panels and wiring compressors, and completing the final testing and checkout of the unit ensuring proper procedures, practices and standards are applied.• Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and cranes, as required.• Participates in cleaning and organizing the work area.• Cooperates with interdepartmental cross training and related initiatives. • Verification of unit specifications for electrical and functional testing of completed units and for troubleshooting and ensuring that non-conformances are resolved prior to the product advancing.• Assembles circuit breaker, switches and other electrical control components such as relays, toggles and other parts using hand power tools.• Cuts and prepares wires for control panels, harnesses and unit wiring.• Complete unit and sub-assemblies in accordance with work orders, product change order (PCO) details and modifications according to established procedures, practices and standards.• Conducts visual and operational checks of unit assemblies.• Records inspection results and completes all necessary related documentation, tagging and labeling.

• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment-related problems at least possible time.• Daily check and weekly monitoring for equipment supplies, waters and some other constants to make sure it is within the range and to sustain machine performance.• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform equipment checks.• Coordinate to both Process and Equipment Engineers to make sure work is carried out and the objectives are efficiently meet.• Provide and maintain preventive maintenance specifications for machine to meet ISO requirements.• Implementing corrective and preventive actions in resolving equipment issues to allow more efficient troubleshooting and to prevent not to do same mistakes again.• Perform other tasks that may be deemed necessary by the managements as need rises.• Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices inside the Fabrication to reduce engineering rework, reduce costs, improve processes and improve product quality and manufacturability.
