I oversee and am responsible for all inward and outward facing technologies and information systems. I make decisions, propose actions and make recommendations regarding the adoption of new technology. I identify and spearhead business process improvements and development, I participate and provide advise and feedback in corporate growth planning. I am responsible for the development and delivery of training content and systems for employees, clients and management staff.I work with project managers as required in system design, architecture, and programming. I also advise and mentor project managers and department heads in regards to processes, logistics, physical resources, and human resource management.

Manage all aspects of surveillance, alarm, access control and software development projects. This includes requirements capture, liason between stakeholders, management of assigned technicians, project costing, system design and review. I am the project lead for our in house custom software development including MIS, custom middleware development, Keyscan 7 API programming. I have several professional certifications: Keyscan, Gallagher, Kantech, Axis, Avigilon, and Pelco Endura Support technician.

I managed all aspects of a custom software programming house, primarily focused on the design, deploy and integration of Filemaker Pro database systems. I have built systems for a wide variety of companies across the world. Solutions include employee incentive programs, custom plugins, and a variety of management information systems.

I was responsible for implementation and maintenance of ISO 9000 Registered Quality Control System. This included creation of processes and systems for compliance, writing of custom software to assist in the production and management of manufacturing activities. I was responsible for developing and maintaining a CSA certified concrete testing lab, and ensuring our steel fab shop maintained CWB certifications.
