After passing on my BSA club and camps, I have been operating as a freelance soccer coach. Currently, I coach teams with SFC in Winchester, MA, and clinics with LPDA in Lexington, MA. I am also available for other opportunities if they work with my schedule. I am also a part-time pundit with podcasts, radio and a newsletter./Over the last few years I have coached South Shore Select Middlesex and GPS Metro North. I have also helped out with Soccer Clinics for Merrimack Valley Soccer Club, Beyond Soccer Lawrence, Salem YSA & the Jason Moore Soccer Academy in Ipswich. I am also available for private coaching lessons either individually or in small groups. Overall, I'm a very experienced coach capable of working with all ages and abilities! After directing soccer camps since 1986 I announced the formation of the Boston Soccer Academy in 2011. The camps were coed for all ages and abilities with a number of different programs. We ran camps & clinics during the summer and other school vacations. We also conducted clinics & programs year-round. We started to run clinics for a number of different youth soccer associations including Swampscott, Marblehead, Salem, Arlington & Watertown. These were popular so in turn, a club was formed BSA North Shore which ran until 2017. At its peak BSA North Shore ran 14 club teams. In 2017 the club was passed onto Mike Grubor and now is called North Shore Soccer Academy. The camps meantime ran until 2018 when they were taken over by Abbey Villa Soccer Club. Over the years camps were conducted successfully at Tufts University, Curry College, Wellesley College, Shore Country Day, Brookwood School, Tower School, Phillips Park, Concord Academy, Cambridge School of Weston, Lexington Christian Academy, and Fessenden School. The camp now runs as Boston Soccer Camps.We are also building relationships with Youth Soccer Associations in and around the Greater Boston area. My staff are arranging private training sessions 1 on 1 or for small groups of young players. We have also done sessions for college level and adult players. Over the coming years we aim to grow a stable and successful soccer club.
