Before joining Eight Advisory in 2023, Ralph worked twelve years in the International Transaction Tax team at KPMG, four years in the M&A Tax team at PwC as well as four years in the Transaction Tax team at EY.His career started his career started already in a local Frankfurt tax firm in 1995. He then studied in Worms at the University of Applied Sciences with the focus on German tax law between 1998 and 2002. Since 2006 Ralph is a certified tax advisor. He has gained wide experience of international M&A transactions and corporate restructuring focusing on tax structuring, tax due diligence, tax modeling and post-deal integration for private equity houses and strategic buyers.
