• Support EW branch (N2/N6F32) Program of Record Requirements Officers (RO) by providing in-depth analysis of EW/SIGINT system employment for potential use in improving, and adjusting EW capabilities to meet Navy requirements and war fighting capability gaps. • Managed shipboard EW/SIGINT collection resource allocation, for three EW/SIGINT capable surface ships. Responsible for adjusting collection priorities and unit tasking as required satisfying Strike Group and Fleet Intelligence needs.• Division Training Officer. Developed, implemented and coordinated technical readiness training to more than 70 Sailors. Training ensured the readiness and technical competency of deploying Cryptologic Direct Support teams. Training subjects included tactical application and operation of EW/SIGINT collection equipment, intelligence fusion, and tactical SIGINT reporting.• Developed and executed signals research and development mission plans to include exploitation of satellite and cellular communications.

• Responsible for the professional development of Navy instructors for the Basic Morse Code School and the professional, technical training and development of Navy students attending The Basic and advanced Morse Code Collection Operator courses. • Managed the implementation of technical instruction for more than 200 Sailors annually. Directly instructed more than 400 multi service students annually. Developed and implemented special lesson plans used for at risk students.
