Involves resolving many small trouble areas in the production lines. I myself make repairs to machines on many breakdowns. I’m responsible for training new operators and assistant operators in the proper technique of running a machine. As needed, I fill-in as a Supervisor, managing up to 45+ employees. Previously I held the position of Bindery Technician Specialist, in which I was responsible for directing an entire shift, as well as, running a machine.

During my 3 years as Supervisor. Committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. When we run office copy copies, I was always on hand to ensure a quality product.  Troubleshoot machine breakdowns to reduce production downtime. I initiated a work sheet to track possible areas of concern and logged them to so that I could have work done when the machine was idle. Thus eliminate down time during production.  Managed several machine rebuilds to completion. I would investigate, order parts and schedule repair time based on the time I thought I would needfor the rebuild, I worked side by side with my crew. Value respect for all. I learn my job quickly and am constantly seeking ways to improve the process, I am a self-motivated leader and I am able to function independently or as part of a team.
