I have dealt with all aspects of revenues, from main billing up to and including council tax and housing benefits over payment, billing collection, experienced recovery officer dealt with with abscond trace work and post liability order work, charging/bankruptcy, I am proficient in the use of the IWorld/Northgate, Civica and Academy system.I am passionate about motivating teams and relationship/partnership building that is underpinned by key coaching principles of listening, goal-setting and creating accountability.
