For nearly seven years, Ralph served with Concordia Plan Services in the role of Benefit Consultant, serving as an Account Manager. Here, Ralph consulted with Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod employers about church worker's benefit choices. He was responsible for generating new business, solving employer compliance problems through Concordia Plans provisions, as well as for customer retention. As Benefit Consultant, he traveled the Western Region of the United States, educating and motivating workers about their benefits and available options.
