Recruited from large Toyota franchise owned by United Auto Group to run and direct one of Asbury Automotive’s flagship stores’ finance department (Coggin Honda of Orlando). Recruited, cultivated and motivated a staff of 12 to be the best and consistently ran over $1350 PVR while delivering between 500 - 700 new and used cars.

Lead team of 7 finance managers to record profitability at high volume dealership while raising PVR by over $150 and increasing product penetrations. Re-trained managers in practice of ethics and legal issues. Negotiated bank contracts and managed contracts in transit while building extremely successful relationships with lenders including Southeast Toyota Finance, Bank of America, Suntrust and Wachovia.

Managed major accounts in Florida (Planet Automotive Group, Greenway) while focusing on increased sales through constant training.
