Managed plant and staff of ~200 exempt and USW Union employees, producing Dupont’s sole-sourced product for the solar panel and aircraft interior markets. Implemented the Dupont Production System (modeled after the Toyota Production System). Achieved safety, production, reliability, and on-time delivery performance records in a sold-out market.

Delisle, Mississippi, United States

Responsible for the safe Operations at the world’s second largest pigment plant with production of ~300K metric tons/year and operations staff of over 200 employees.  Achieved safety, quality, and production records for the site  Responsible for the success restart of the plant after a 5-month, $150MM, plant reconstruction following over 11ft of flooding.
