About Ralph Thompson

Ralph Thompson is Senior Client Relations Manager at Santa Barbara Tax Products Group. Mr. Thompson began working in the Tax Industry as a Customer Support Representative in 1998. In three years he was promoted to Client Services Manager of the Santa Barbara Bank & Trust RAL Department (SBBT). After the sale of SBBT RAL Department to a private equity firm, Mr. Thompson continued to assume the role of Senior Client Relations Manager in April 1, 2009 for Santa Barbara Tax Products Group. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, organized a vendor committee for the IRS trade shows and served the committee as chairman for three years. He has been happily married for 39 years and has two lovely daughters, ages 31 and 26.
