I started my working life as an apprentice engineer / fabricator in the manufacturing industry, before progressing through a variety of roles, (including production planner, technical, product development, sales and marketing), within the same company.I've since spent circa three decades gaining a considerable amount of knowledge and experience supporting and helping all sizes of businesses (re)build (re)structure and (re) grow via facilitation, strategic planning and innovation, and directing and delivering on several high value projects and programmes throughout the UK and internationally.I've worked alongside many individuals, specialists, management teams and boards within the private, public and third sectors, (including charities and regeneration programmes) from all walks of life, business sectors and communities, both in good and bad economic climates.It's been an eventful journey with many highlights some of which are captured within case studies, references and testimonials contained in my profile.
