Receives, posts, and relays flight data information; relaying IFR/VFR/SVFR departures and arrival times via direct lines to base operations. Provides separation between aircraft and between aircraft and radio equipped vehicles operating on the movement areas and receives, posts, and relays airspace management information which affects the Fort Carson Training Area/Restricted Area 2601.
