Ralph Harper is founder and Chief Executive Officer of DPLOYIT, Inc., an informational technology and Professional Services staffing and application development firm. With more than two decades of information technology experience, Harper has led DPLOYIT to phenomenal growth in its first five years of operation. Revenue in 2006 was $7.8 million and is projected to reach $11 million in 2007.Prior to founding DPLOYIT in 2002, Harper was senior manager, Application Development and Base-Line Support of the Selling and Delivery systems, at Frito-Lay North America, the $10 billion convenient foods division of PepsiCo. He also held several management positions within PepsiCo in Westchester, New York.Throughout his career, Harper has successfully directed multi-million dollar infrastructure, migration, and application development projects designed to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve profitability at PepsiCo divisions. Harper earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Talladega College.
