Responsibilities Include developing and executing plans and strategies to achieve the organizations goals for revenue and profit growth. Actively involved in the entire sales process with prospective new clients.

P&L responsibility for company's sales division. Create and Manage to and above budget for a division that includes Staffing, Training, Marketing, and IT personnel.

Managed team of 6 outside sales reps to achieve company established sales targets for revenues, profits, and net new clients.

Supervisory responsibility over a single entry level new hire. Trained on fundamental selling skills.

Exceeded monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for sales of Sharp copiers. Developed new clients through cold calling and referral prospecting methods. Maintained satisfied client base by building long term relationships with key contacts and ensuring their needs and expectations were being met.
