Ralph has over 40 years experience representing companies and individuals in information technology issues, including business planning. He has specialized in AI since 2012 after his landmark "Da Silva Moore" decision in the SDNY, which first approved the use of AI in e-discovery. Since 2023 Ralph has focused on study, hands-on research, writing and advice on generative AI. He has published other 100 articles on AI since 2023 and lectured extensively on the subject. As the firm’s National e-Discovery Counsel he also designed, built consensus for, and enforced uniform national standards and best practices for electronic discovery with an emphasis on AI enhanced search.
