• Warehouse organization (4 locations, ~60.000 M², 250 employees) with a yearly budget of € 22Mio.
• Transport to customers in the BeNeLux and Export Globally with a yearly budget of € 18Mio. My Footprint:
• Centralizing the distribution-network in the BNLX by integrating 4 warehouses into 1 warehouse (2013-2015), with improved customer service and a yearly saving on distribution cost up to 20%.

• Responsibilities:
• Transition of the commercial supply chain team from Poland (Piła) to Russia (Moscow).
• Setting up commercial supply chain processes for the ‘Emerging Europe’ region, consisting of countries Russia, Belarus, Ukraine & Kazakhstan.My Footprint:
• Implemented the Supply chain transition/change program from ‘off-shore’ to ‘on-shore’ in Moscow.

• Responsibilities:
• Implementing complex projects (Greenfield warehouse, Warehouse Management system) with multi-disciplinary teams, 100+ team members.
• Implementing a part of the European distribution network for Philips Lighting in Poland by moving goods flows from Western Europe to Eastern Europe.My Footprint:
• Moving successfully the Western-European warehouse activities (including a WMS implementation) towards a ‘Greenfield location’ in Poland.

• Responsibilities:
• Logistics Supplier management / Operational procurement with team; procurement and inventory management of electronics components in close cooperation with multiple suppliers.
• Optimized production planning (with team of production planners) of Lighting Electronics factories in Poland (Pila) and the Netherlands (Oss), based on customer requirements and availability of components.My Footprint:
• Established in Procurement ‘improved Supplier rating system’ and in Production Planning ‘reduced order-cycle times’ and with both enabling growth of Lighting Electronics production with 15-20% yearly.
