Checking the sales report of operated data in terms of accuracy (the fiscal number of the invoices, the client's name, the expedition date and checking for the existence of a confirmation receipt for the invoices). Checking and solving the orders that weren't closed in the correct period and therefore are missing from the sales report and from the client's balance. Checking the invoices that appear in the client's balance with different values from the ones that appear in the sales report and reporting them to the manager. Checking and rectifying the invoices that were closed with different series from the original ones. Noticing the operating errors and informing the superiors about their existence in order to correct them. Assisting the Sales, Logistic, Client Management and the Judicial Departments.
