• To coordonate the clearing settlement activity - paper support ;• To coordonate the transfer founds settlement in relation to the:o Credit institutions that are in a special settlement position or/and in the bankruptcy;o Current payments and receives settlement in relation with National Bank of Romania that are performed by the TRANSFOND S.A. as a NBR agent.• To coordonate the settlement activity regarding to the securities settled by the SNCDD and BVB, and the cards activity that are performed in domestic currency, settled by the VISA International and MASTERCARD.• To coordonate the settlement activity regarding to the transfer founds that are related to the:o Low value payments and recives settlement between banks and State Treasury;o Intertreasury payments and receives that are performed by TransFonD S.A.

The main duties: back – office and front office activities regarding to:• Payments and receives interbanking settlement - bankruptcy banks;• Current settlement of payments and receives within National Bank of Romania and the other comercial banks;• Multilateral clearing settlement of interbank payments and recives - paper support base.• Current settlement of payments and receives in relation to the State Treasury.

The main duties: specific activities of back – office and front office regarding to:• Securities and cards settlement operations (domestic currency) witch are cleared by the interbanking clearing house and/or by the account settlement holders which are autorisated by the National Bank of Romania.• Settlement of low value payments and receives between banks and State Treasury.

The main duties:• Paying agent (front office) for low value payments and receines between banks and the State Treasury;• Paying agent (front office) for high value payments and receives in relation to the State Treasury.

• Receiving/acceptance of payment orders between bank-branches and State Treasury in order to their settlment.
