Our flagship product, UniCourt DEEP, surfaces data and insights buried deep in dockets and documents, and enables rapid API integration and data shares connecting to any data warehouse, data lake, or existing application using pre-built integrations.

Upstream was founded in 2016 to enforce the billions of dollars of uncollected court judgments won by individuals, businesses and attorneys throughout the United States.

• Lead New Markets rollout with a goal to expand ABC Legal’s market footprint from ten states to all continental US. New Markets revenue growth hit 50% of total revenue growth in August 2015, a $2m annual run rate revenue increase. Between January 2015 and January 2016, on-boarded ten new states.• Managed two teams of ten members total to capture requirements, support customers and manage vendor expectations for New Markets• Conceptualized, designed, launched and sold ABC's new "Deep Skip"​ skip tracing product for ABC's largest customers, increasing average per order revenue by 10% and increasing average service/successful document delivery rate from 72% to 87%

• Product manager of Skye, ABC Legal’s new case management software suite (consisting of mobile app, desktop client, and business rules management server)• After successful software system rollout designed and launched a business intelligence dashboard with Key Performance Indicators resulting in more than $750,000 in annual cost savings while reducing order turnaround times by more than 33%• Recruited and supervised a team of five business analysts to: o gather requirements for features and business rules needed to support workflow o provide support on existing features and drive process improvement in deployed states o support and continue maintenance development of legacy case management system• Wrote Agile User Stories, JIRA issues, facilitated sprint planning and provided direction on prioritization and feature design to Scrum development and QA staff

• Responsible for requirements analysis and Agile user story writing to support Operations staff and customer onboarding nationwide in legacy software system• Primary customer technical contact for customer onboarding nationwide.

• Led software development effort to ensure compliance with New York Department of Consumer Affairs Process Server regulations.• Managed RFP and vendor selection for nationwide document destruction contract. Implemented company wide rollout and document destruction policy.• Responsible for requirements analysis and Agile user story writing to support Operations staff and customer onboarding in Maryland, New York and Texas.• Primary customer technical contact for customer onboarding in Maryland and New York.
