As a lead talent acquisition specialist at National Computer Systems (NCS), I oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and engineering positions. I have more than four years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical roles. I have a strong understanding of the IT and engineering industry, as well as the skills and competencies required for each position. I have successfully filled multiple contract and permanent positions for NCS and its clients, delivering high-quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner. I also mentor and train other recruiters on best practices and strategies for talent acquisition. I have a high school diploma in mechanical engineering from Ellenki College of Engineering & Technology, which gives me an edge in assessing the technical and mechanical aptitude of candidates.
