Recruiting Manager
CurrentTeam Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists. This includes setting performance goals, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Oversee the sourcing and attraction of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize the recruitment process to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and improve the quality of hires. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders to understand staffing requirements,Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management.Compliance and Diversity Initiatives: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. Implement strategies to promote diversity in hiring practices and foster an inclusive workplace culture.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to support recruitment efforts as needed
