I have managed and supported Pullman & Novotel's new Delhi hotel in reopening during Covid and delivered the below.The major service areas are Spa therapy, salons, yoga, fitness centres and pools. There are 8 treatment rooms, two fitness centres, one large pool and Spa areas of 20,000 sq. ft. catering for the guests from Pullman and Novotel Hotel. The strategies for reopening the Spa following Covid protocol which included reviving the revenue downfall, managing overhead costs and rebranding the Pullman Spa, were lined up. Following COVID protocol, the new set of SOPs was floated to maintain the enhanced hygiene standard, pool management, employee wellness standard and guest service feedback standard. The marketing team was provided with inputs to repositioning the brand of Pullman Spa. A budget-friendly supply chain has been identified and procurement procedures are followed. The biggest challenge of keeping the morale of the staff high has been addressed with regular energizing sessions and value-added training.
