NSN is successfully handling many projects including TATA DOCOMO, Aircel, and Vodafone etc. GNSC support of the NSS Systems including MSC and MGW for TATA DOCOMO nodes in seven circles (AP, KAR, PUNJAB, UPE, UPW, HARYANA). Accountable for routing management including route creation, signaling definitions, link creation, traffic initiation and traffic routing.• Responsible for various configuration & fault management activities during the shift• Providing both Fault Management and Configure Management support.• Perform user Acceptance Test of MSC with the customer.• Actively involved in the Integration, Support and Testing of a number of Core Network Nodes, involving Simulation of traffic case scenarios: Location Update, Calls, Handovers, SMS etc.• Analyzing traces & Clear Codes for troubleshooting for corrective action.

Huawei is successfully handling many projects including TATA DOCOMO, Reliance GSM, and Aircel etc. Operation & maintenance of the NSS Systems including MSC and GMSC for Huawei nodes. Accountable for routing management including route creation, signaling definitions, link creation, traffic initiation and traffic routing.• 24×7 support for all Core Nodes.• Core Network Integration• Number analysis and various type of routing & re-routing at the time of emergency• Perform user Acceptance Test of MSC with the customer.• Actively involved in the Integration, Support and Testing of a number of Core Network Nodes, involving Simulation of traffic case scenarios: Location Update, Calls, Handovers, SMS etc.• Analyzing traces for troubleshooting.• Emergency Handling & Corrective maintenance in the network• Performing Health Check of nodes & action for removal of alarms

• Managing & supporting BTS site and BSC.• Handling both BHARTI & BSNL project with team members to ensure the smooth flow of network.• Resolving the customer related problems regarding network or coverage related problems• Ensuring the stability of network in timely manner and personally taking care of all the escalations.• An active member of team at the zonal level.• Adept in interfacing with internal departments / service provider to ensure smooth flow of day to day business operations.• Strong planning, organizational & interpersonal skills.• Proficient in liaison with government departments.
