Until my 7th grade, I barely got by in Math, managing to just about touch the finishing line with about 35 percent. It all changed when a new Math Teacher entered my life; what was once my most detested subject became my favorite; what once took gargantuan efforts became easy! I never scored below the 99th percentile ever again. And that is the kind of person I wanted to be in life, transforming and shaping up futures, giving hope and motivation, and helping people be the best versions of themselves. While the 1967 movie ‘To Sir, with love’ took me to Seychelles to begin my career as a teacher; mentoring, showing the right path, and lending an ear to those students who needed to be heard helped me appreciate the responsibility of imparting knowledge, skills, and lessons on both kids and adults. From a Math Teacher to a Math Trainer to a Master Trainer to a Product Development Specialist to eventually an Academic Head, I have seen the world of Education from myriad perspectives allowing me to bring the best out for both my students, my trainers, and my organization.
