Product designing, product development(D&D), Process planning, Manufacturing engineering, New technology development, New line development( capex thru Productionize) and Customer handling there is different roles and responsibilities. Present as a technical Associate I have responsible for 3 plant manufacturing of ISG, Starter motors and Magneto for 2 wheerler. coordinating the manufacturing team, Data Analysis, MIS report Analysis, Plant review ( CFT meeting ) for manufacturing problems resolving. NPD projects Capex preparation, New Line development, new machinery development, Line capacity utilization monitoring. I have experience in EV motors development like HUB motors ( 10 & 12 inch), Traction motor (( 3 &6 Kw) and BLDC( 1,1.5&3 KW) and along with Starter motor ( 0.3 Kw to 9 kw), Wiper motors ( 10nm to 120 nm), EPS (electric power steering) motor, EPB ( electric parking braking ) motor, and Alternators
