QMS activities:SOP preparation & updation for EDMS and LMS methods. Planned, unplanned deviations, investigation and CAPA followed by Trackwise method. SOP and protocol training given for off role employees, maintain the employee training records. Coordinate with QC,production and warehouse departments complete the preventive, AMC activities as per schedule. PW, WFI generation and distribution tank sterilization & sanitization activities followed as per schedule. compressed air,pure steam system,kill tank equipment followed PV schedule as per timeline. Project & Validation works:Clean room utility project. New RO system qualification activities.
