Hydro test & Pre commissioning ( drying ) of loops to avoid rusting and control valve re installation and torquing. Final release for Product Commissioning or Preservation.Preservation of loop with volatile inhibitors and Nitrogen.

Done a Pipeline Project the Best and challenging in my carrier with More terrains and elevation in pipeline sections. With no faults or Air lock issues in Part cleaning or De Watering of 24 " GAIL pipeline.Preparation of documents file for Hydro test like Test packs includes Mechanical clearances of lines ,Instrument certificate, Test reports and safety check lists.Preparation of documents file for Product Commissioning like All Pressure test reports, GT reports ,Mechanical clearances of lines ,EGP reports, Dryness achieved certificate and safety check lists.Mainly Do and Dont Do punch point finally Tool box meeting before the work starts.
