At IOCL Panipat Refinery, following were major activities. Implementation and monitoring of all QA / QC activities during construction at site  Major activities were Welding inspection and testing, QC documentation, engineering coordination including NDT for Crude Storage Tanks as per API 650, Fixed Roof & Floating Roof (Single Deck / Double Deck) Type,  Plant Unit Piping Work (CDU / VDU / NSU) as per ASME B31.3

As QC engineer, performed major activities viz. Inspection and tests of carbon steel CI2, SO2 Gas Containers, Heat Exchangers, boilers drums and manifolds as per relevant standards and codes such as ASME Sec VIII, TEMA, DIN, IS, IBR including liaising for Inspection and Certification TPIA's LR/ DNV/ PDIL/ IBR/ EIL etc.
