• Preparing all pre & post shipment documentation.• Arranging all shipping documents & Liasioning with various clearing agencies, freight forwarding agents and Govt. Departments for clearance of shipments.• Responsible for sending shipment advice to the buyers and follow up with them for regular orders and payments. • Keep track record of all Export Orders received from different buyers and coordinate with Production Unit as per their Shipment Schedule.• Preparing the Bank related documents for the purchase & negotiation of Non-LC and LC bills of exports.• Preparation of Bank Certificate of Export & Realisation (BRC). • Dealing with Bank for all related transaction (i.e. Discounting/Collection, FIRC, BRC etc). • Dealing with Excise related work i.e. ARE-1 & Proof of Export.• Prepare documents for fulfillment of Export Obligations against EPCG/Advance Licence.• Comparison for BEST Licencing facility to be utilized for Export & make decision to dispatch the material under various schemes i.e. DEPB, DFRC, Advance Licence • Preparing all the Documents Manual/Online for Export/Import Licence as Advance Licence, DFRC Licence. DEPB Licence. EPCG Licence and follow up with concerned Officer & maintain records for Redemption & Cancellation of BG/LUT from Custom.• Other routine works related to Bank, DGFT, Custom, Excise, Embassy, RBI formalities and other documents required by Buyers. • Manage DEPB application.• Prepare Monthly Management Information system Data (MIS).• Co-ordination with all departments viz., Quality, Store, Accounts. & Design.
