Optimization of key mineral processing equipment including gyratory crushers, SAG mills, ball mills, pebble crushers, cyclones, and screens. Responsible for improving operational efficiency, maximizing throughput, and ensuring optimal performance of crushing and milling circuits to enhance overall plant productivity.

• Maintained operation of jaw crusher, pebble crusher, SAg mill, ball mill, vertimill, CIL, detox (INCO process), elution, smelting, recyn plant and water treatment process.• Coordination among short-term mining planning, long-term strategic planning, and mine geology ensures seamless integration of operational activities for daily, weekly and monthly KPI target.• Conducted metallurgical studies and in-depth analyses to improve process efficiency and product quality.• Prepared standard reports on metallurgical and process-related issues, recommending appropriate actions to resolve or rectify any identified problems.• Contributed to the review and evaluation of new or enhanced metallurgical testing equipment and procedures, ensuring optimal performance.• Assisted in the evaluation and administration of contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment, optimizing resource utilization.• Developed and maintained a comprehensive understanding of applicable programs, practices, and local and state regulations, ensuring compliance within the area of assignment.

• Researched and mapping minerology of Laterite ore especially low grade saprolite for heap leach technology• Combined minerology study of laterite ore with Metallurgical test work (ALT, BRT, Column test) • Led HBRO project to convert sea water to domestic water

Construction of Nickel Heap Leach Plant:• Provide required data from processing discipline for DED stage and reviewed engineering documents• Reviewed PDF and PID from processing discipline• Monitored soil investigation and deep well drilling process• Led bidding process to select a bagging system vendor for nickel crystal productProject:• Researched & developed the first commercial nickel heap leach in Indonesia with 30,000 ton/year capacity • Managed some test work Kabaena’s laterite ore for Heap Leach process• Identified the effect of sea water towards nickel extraction and downstream performance

Operation:• Led metallurgy technician in daily operation activity on demo plant• Maintained operation parameter on upstream and downstream plantProject:• Developed alternative binders for agglomeration with acid resistant cement to improved permeability and heap strength• Collaborated with Antam to find out LGSO (low grade saprolite ore) nickel extraction performance on column test• Reduced nickel loss from MHP stream, optimized operation parameter (dosing reagent and temperature), increased efficiency above 95%• Optimized ion exchange operation parameter to achieve efficiency above 95% (find out optimum flow rate, acid strength for stripping and optimum nickel loading capacity)

Project:Developed geopolymer with precursor from nickel slag furnace.

Learned and increased knowledge about nickel processing in pyrometallurgy especially on RKEF (Rotary Kiln Electrical Furnace)

Led the Southeast Sulawesi Student Organization at the University of Indonesia. Providing accommodation off-campus activities and as a gathering place for students from the region, especially Southeast Sulawesi and become an identity studying at the University of Indonesia.
