Appreciating my good work I have been promoted from BM to Assistant Territory Manager and then as Territory Manager with in 2 years. Recovery of Interest for bucket 4 and above cases of Gold loans for both soft and hard bucket. Collection of Overdue EMIs of Health care finance, Home loans, Personal loans and Mortgage loans. Regular follow up for EMI payment from customers. I am also taking care the Legal issues of Karnataka. Collection team is also a part of Auction Team and we are responsible for Collection of BID amount from the successful bidders.Earlier to Collections from May 1st 2013, moved to Auction Department and I am handling entire Karnataka in auction process. Auction process includes Preparation of Data for sending Auction Notices to customers, providing paper publication regarding auction, Informing Bidders, Arranging for verification of Ornaments from bidders and arranging public auction on scheduled date, Collection of BID amount from the Successful bidders and Handing over the Gold to them.
