I currently direct numerous end-to-end project management initiatives for a leading provider of cloud financial applications. In this role, I am responsible for delivering project solutions while simultaneously cultivating, growing, and advancing client relationships in a highly competitive space. I also work directly with business partners to translate unique business requirements into actionable project steps and subsequently implement Sage Intacct for their various customers. I was promoted to a senior leadership role to direct financial projects and general strategy for a web-based nonprofit organization that serves 50% of all U.S. public schoolteachers. In this role, I directed cross-functional and cross-departmental projects that implemented new systems, software, and related integrations and managed the daily operations and strategic priorities of the department, including overseeing the work of 4 staff.During my tenure, I oversaw the delivery of $49.6M to educational classrooms in 2014 alone, directed $10.6M in new annual projects, managed annual financial and internal audits, developed and mentored staff, increased employee engagement, and more.
