Food Technology Master's Graduate at Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Prior to this, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Karunya Deemed University. My academic journey has been driven by a profound passion for Food Biotechnology and the intricacies of new product development, which ultimately led me to pursue a Master's program in Food Technology.Throughout my Master's program, I have gained comprehensive knowledge in various specialized areas, including Food Biotechnology, Non-thermal Processing (specifically cold plasma technology) and Food Fortification. These subjects have significantly enriched my understanding of the intricate facets of food science and technology. I had the privilege of gaining practical experience as a research intern at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. During this internship, I delved deeply into the realm of cold plasma technology and its applications in food processing. This hands-on experience has been invaluable in augmenting my theoretical knowledge and enhancing my practical skills.Upon completion of my Master's program, I am committed to furthering my academic pursuits by seeking admission into a Ph.D. program at a renowned institution. My aspiration is to contribute to the field of Food Technology through innovative research and advancements.
