Preparation of all proposal drafts, drawings and working drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings for the pre-construction phase.  Involved in site setting, initial ground breaking exercise, site mobilization and clearance process.  Liaised with client’s manager on briefs and reported verbal instructions in written form to contractor and foreman throughout the construction phase.  Managed site work by creating a work schedule and a weekly programme, taking progress photos, report on casual laborers and skilled workers work days and off days, weekly payments, safe store keeping and inventory checks, responsible for ordering, bringing and sorting of materials and general track keeping on utilization.  Communicated with sub-contractors and foreman on work progress and material requirements for steady work flow and completion.  Involved in supervision of sub-contractors to assure the correct daily translation of drawings and building progress.  Responsible for creating quotation of materials and labor costs.
