* Client meeting on New requirements & Business developments* Bidding review and proposal submission * Conceptual Design Stage Coordination with Client, Designers and Consultants.* Reviewing the Project Plan, Schedule and Budget.* Project Monitoring and Control that includes monitoring the Progress, Quality and the Cost.* Cost Control and Changes/ Budget Deviation Control, AR, TWC, AP, etc. * Actively participating in Vendor pre-qualification, Vendor Selection, Contract Formulation and Contract Administration.* Reporting to the National/International Clients on Progress and Coordinating with them for Design, Budget and Change Order Approvals.* Preparing the feasibility reports, due diligence report in finalizing new premises for the clients.* Managing the Project Team, team goal setting, job allocation, review, Monitoring
