Establish standard and best practice project scopes-of-work, budget and schedule for compliance with customer specifications. Identify and resolve non-conformance issues with the customer and project team.* Meeting New Client for Business Development and existing Client for Business continuity. Profile presentation, Presentation during new pitches to Client & PMC as and when required.* New design pitches with a help of In-house Design team. and further getting the BOQ/ cost done by internal contracts team and submission. Timely submission of RFP and taking the discussion further and winning the business.* Coordinate payment milestones with business operations and the customer. Coordinate all standard project delivery modifications /agreements/change orders. * Maximize the efficiency of the project teams through strong leadership, organizational and motivational skills. Mediate and resolve project team conflicts through experience and expertise in all aspects of the project initiative.* 􏰀Negotiate with the appropriate delivery managers for assignment of personnel to the project team.
